Though later than normal, the applications for this year’s Cinco de Mayo Parade are available in this week’s El Central newspaper.  They are on page 9.  Pick one up at any location El Central is available including businesses along Vernor, Bagley, Michigan Avenue, or your preferred location. 

But hurry, they have to be turned in by April 26, 2008!  After that onsite registration is $50. See you at the parade.
