The Skillman Foundation is funding a 2 year Community Public Arts Project in SW Detroit focusing on Vernor for priority sites.  If you have an interest in Community and Public Art in the city of Detroit, please come to be a part of this important discussion. In the upcoming summer months, 6 new Public Art works we will be created in the 6 Detroit Neighborhoods.  Over the next two years, additional Public Art projects will happen in the city.  Funding for the projects has been made by the Skillman Foundation, the Kresge Foundation and Chase.
