Expressions Raises Southwest

Real Detroit Weekly – Two things struck me about these photos: First, they showed that there was still a strong, possibly thriving, lowrider community in this city. Second, there were lots of children, teenagers and even whole families in the photos. Some shots actually appeared to have been taken at a picnic. Lowriders? Families? Picnics? What was going on here?
